Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons and quality and integrity issues, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Damaged products or order errors
For each situation mentioned as below or other, you have up to 5 days from the moment you received the package to contact our customer service at info@resurgencegear.ca to obtain an exchange or a return.

• Lost order
• Order error*

*Order error by your part : Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the user and are not refundable.

FREE SHIPPING: Canada & USA

For  Ontario and Quebec orders, please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. For the rest of Canada, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery. 

Canadian orders will be shipped by FedEx or Canada Post.

Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.
